SMART ENERGY MONITORING

At the heart of the vmDBOX-HRS-cc lies an integrated coulomb counter — a critical tool when working with standard, non-SMBus batteries. Unlike “smart” batteries with built-in communication protocols, standard batteries offer no way to track energy consumption. The vmDBOX-HRS-cc fills this gap by precisely measuring current, voltage, and time to calculate:

• Amp-hours (Ah)

• Watt-hours (Wh)

• Real-time power draw (A and W)

• Battery runtime

This enables users to estimate remaining battery capacity, avoid unexpected shutdowns, and optimize power usage, even with basic lithium or NiMH battery packs — a vital advantage for demanding field work.

Designed for Mobility

All cables connect at the bottom to minimize space in the sound bag. The included belt clip can be attached either at the top or bottom of the housing.
