Rental conditions

Equipment pick up and return

Unless otherwise agreed, rental equipment must be picked up between 2.30 PM and 6 PM on the day before the start of the rental period or on the morning of the first day.

Return of the equipment must be made between 9.00 AM and 11 AM on the day following the end of the rental period, or by 6 PM of the last day.

Rental payment is always due upon return of the equipment. For other requirements prior agreement with Soundfish administration via mail or telephone is required

Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card

Our headquarters are in Milan 20144, at via Pietro Pomponazzi 9.
We are open Monday to Friday from 9.00 AM to 1 PM and from 2 PM to 6 PM

New Customers

In order to receive a formal quote every new customer will will be asked to provide us with the details of the person or company who will be responsible of the rental equipment and who will be the owner of the documents.
